How much space do I need for a putting green?
What happens to a putting green in winter or heavy weather?
Our greens are built on a proper base with drainage, so rain moves through the surface instead of pooling on top. In snowy climates, you can leave the green as is and let the snow melt naturally, or gently clear it with a plastic shovel or broom. The turf is designed to handle freeze–thaw cycles without damage when installed correctly.
Can you integrate bunkers, chipping areas, or fringe into the design?
Yes. We can add fringe turf for chipping, small bunkers, target areas, and even multiple tee-off spots. During the design process, we talk through how you like to practise and then build a layout that supports wedges, short game work, and fun family play as well as putting.
How long does a typical putting green installation take?
Most home or small commercial projects are completed in a few days once the crew is on site. The timeline depends on access, base work, and size, but we schedule the project so disruption is kept to a minimum and you know exactly what to expect day by day.
Do you need to rebuild my whole yard to install a green?
